All of our creams and oils are organic and plant based, made without parabens, phalates, or fragrances. Each spa treatment comes with a choice of an unscented or aromatherapy massage oil.

Invigorating Deep tissue

Our therapists will apply a firm, deeper pressure using various techniques such as Myofascial, Trigger Point, Lomi Lomi or Sports massage. This massage is great to invigorate tired muscles, stimulate deep circulation, and loosen deeper muscle tension or aid in injury healing. Medium to deep pressure.

Comfortably positioned, mothers-to-be may experience a prenatal massage. This massage is designed to improve circulation, reduce edema swelling as well as relieve lower back and upper neck tension. Acupressure Stretch

Acupressure Stretch Massage is a full body treatment and has its origin in Asia. Acupressure Stretch Massage is ideal for people with high levels of muscle tightness and soreness who seek deep tissue release with lasting results. The treatment offers effective muscle and joint stretching to facilitate deep releasing of tension and tightness in the entire body. This is performed on a shiatsu mat. Client wears loose comfortable clothing.
Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage is excellent for muscle stiffness, chronic soreness, neck pain, shoulders, lower back, hips, also TMJ and plantar fasciitis. Orthopedic Massages utilizes specialized techniques that can help relax chronic holding patterns and increase mobility. An Ayurvedic, East Indian massage ritual customized for your specific body type. We first serve you a Dosha specific tea. We suggest pairing with the Shirodhara crown treatment for a complete healing experience or add on a private steam for $25.

Warm Ayurvedic oils are applied with lymphatic massage techniques while targeting specific acupressure pressure points to relieve muscle discomfort. Abhyanga Four hands massage

Our Abhyanga, Ayurvedic massage ritual performed by two therapists simultaneously. This four-handed massage turns off the mind and relaxes the body as it addresses the five senses, heart, body, and mind. Be prepared for Bliss. Body Treatments
Shirodhara Bliss

Nourish the scalp, nerves, brain, and mind with our Shirodhara crown treatment. A warm aromatic herbal oil is poured over the forehead and scalp that calms and balances the mind. The oils are then massaged into the scalp relieving tension and nourishing the hair. This bliss treatment includes a neck and shoulder massage and steam shower.
Deep-Sea Meditation- Body Wrap

This treatment begins with a full-body exfoliation using our stone crop scrub. Your body is then wrapped in an herbal enhanced sea mineral mud that reduces edema and inflammation while stimulating cellular metabolism and detox. While warmly cocooned chackra gems are place upon energy points, and your therapist will massage your head, neck, shoulders, and feet. After the wrap is removed, a light application of lotion or body oil is applied.

Cranberry pomegranate body scrub

Featuring cranberry, pomegranate & green tea, this treatment is high in skin protective antioxidants & polyphenols. Natural alpha hydroxy acid exfoliation from raw sugar cane will leave your skin feeling renewed! The scrub is followed by a light apricot oil application. Stone crop body Glow

Your skin has never felt so soft. Our aromatic Stone Crop Body scrub will exfoliate and smooth the driest skin. Naturally occurring alpha hydroxy acids further exfoliate using raw sugar cane. Your therapist won’t miss an inch. Following the Scrub we apply a light application of stone crop oil or luscious body cream. Includes a hot steamy shower and 15 minutes of massage.
Coconut sugar body scrub

This delicious body scrub will leave your skin feeling soft and deeply hydrated. Not only does the coconut hydrate and prevent any damage caused by drying, but comfrey works to reinforce the skin’s appearance with added moisture.
